MEET THE FOUNDER
Like so many in the fresh produce industry, my journey began unexpectedly, thanks to a friend’s introduction to a local Greenville, South Carolina produce business owner following my graduation from Clemson University. I was immediately hooked. There was something electric about championing fresh, nourishing fruits and vegetables and the hardworking growers behind them. I thrived in the fast-paced world of perishables, surrounded by the industry’s passionate people.
After a rewarding year as a sales representative, I craved deeper expertise. This led to a cross-country leap that opened new doors, beginning with California Polytechnic University, where I earned my Master’s in Agribusiness. Through the International Fresh Produce Association’s Career Pathways Program, I discovered an internship with a global produce grower and distributor. That opportunity blossomed into a multifaceted career spanning Sales, Business Development, Insights, Innovation, and Sustainability, giving me a 360-degree view of the supply chain.
In 2025, I channeled this experience into launching Fresh Endeavors Consulting. Today, I collaborate with produce businesses across the industry, aligning my skills, from strategic growth to sustainability, with their unique challenges. Every day, I’m grateful to work alongside the people and products that first inspired me.
Fresh Endeavors Consulting was born from my hands-on experience and commitment to the fresh produce industry.
Today, I help fresh produce companies and industry organizations execute strategic projects and initiatives that they might not otherwise have the resources to accomplish. My work helps businesses mitigate risks, solve problems, and capitalize on new opportunities, enabling them to achieve measurable results—all while keeping their core operations running smoothly.
